Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Guess Paper AI (guesspaper.pk), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before making a payment.
1. Digital Product Policy
Guess Paper AI (guesspaper.pk) provides digital services including AI-generated guess papers, AI tutoring, and AI grading. Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products:
• All sales are final once a plan has been activated and any service has been used (e.g., a guess paper has been generated or the AI Tutor has been accessed under the paid plan).
• Upon successful payment, your plan (3 Subjects, Group Pass, Tutor Plan, or Tutor Add-on) is activated immediately, and you gain instant access to the paid features. Since these digital services are delivered and consumed in real-time, they cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
• We encourage you to use the free plan first (1 free guess paper + 5 daily tutor messages) to evaluate our platform before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Granted
While our general policy is no refunds on activated plans, we understand that issues can occur. We will consider a full or partial refund in the following cases:
• Technical Errors: If a critical technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service you paid for (e.g., paper generation failed repeatedly, paid features were inaccessible despite successful payment), and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate / Double Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same plan due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
• Payment Charged but Plan Not Activated: If your payment was deducted but your plan was not activated due to a system error, we will either activate your plan manually or issue a full refund — your choice.
• Accidental Purchase: If you contact us within 2 hours of purchase and have not generated any paper or used any paid feature, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
• Change of mind after using the service.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (papers, tutor responses, or grades), as AI output varies and is provided as a study aid, not a guaranteed product.
• Inability to use the platform due to issues on your end (e.g., internet problems, device issues, forgotten login credentials).
• Exam cancellations, schedule changes, or any external circumstances beyond our control.
3. Cancellation Policy
• No Auto-Renewal: Our plans (3 Subjects, Group Pass, Tutor Plan, and Tutor Add-on) are one-time purchases valid for 30 days. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges — your plan simply expires after 30 days, and you will not be charged again automatically.
• No Mid-Plan Cancellation: Since plans are one-time purchases with a fixed 30-day validity, there is no cancellation or pro-rated refund for unused days. You have full access to your paid features until the plan expires.
• Account Deletion: If you request account deletion while holding an active paid plan, please note that we cannot refund the remaining unused days of your plan. Your access will end immediately upon account deletion.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions listed above, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Refund requests are easier to process when reported promptly.
Step 2: Provide the following details in your message:
• Your registered email address
• Date and time of the payment
• Amount charged
• Reason for the refund request
• Screenshot of the payment confirmation or bank statement (if available)
Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a decision.
Important: Please contact us within 7 days of the payment date. Refund requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for processing.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.
• The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (the same bank account, card, or wallet used for the purchase).
• Actual crediting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
• You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated from our end.
• If you do not see the refund in your account after 10 business days from approval, please contact us again and we will investigate with our payment provider.
6. Dispute Resolution
We believe in resolving issues through direct communication. If you have any concerns about a payment or our refund decision:
• First Step: Contact us via WhatsApp and explain your concern. We will do our best to find a fair resolution.
• Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter through your payment provider's dispute process.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent refund claims or chargeback abuse.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
