Guess Paper AI is an AI-powered exam preparation platform designed for intermediate (FSc) students of the Sindh Board of Education, Pakistan. Our services include: • AI Guess Papers: Automatically generated exam-style papers based on analysis of past 10 years of Sindh Board papers, tailored to your class (11 or 12) and group (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, or ICS). • AI Tutor: An intelligent tutoring assistant that answers academic questions, explains concepts, solves problems step by step, and provides exam tips — available in English, Roman Urdu, and Urdu. • Recommended Books: Curated book recommendations for each subject to support your exam preparation. • AI Grading: Automated grading and feedback on submitted exam papers. All content generated by our platform is AI-powered and intended as a supplementary study aid. It does not replace textbooks, classroom instruction, or official board resources.

• Registration: To use our services, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, class, and academic group. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. • One Account Per User: Each user may create only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated without notice. • Age Requirement: Our platform is intended for intermediate students, typically aged 16 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have parental consent. • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse of the platform, or are involved in fraudulent activity.

Guess Paper AI offers the following plans: • Free Plan: Every new user receives 1 free guess paper (Islamiyat for Class 11, Pakistan Studies for Class 12) and 5 AI Tutor messages per day. No payment or credit card is required. • 3 Subjects Plan — Rs. 349: Pick any 3 subjects from your group. Includes 30 guess papers per month and 15 AI Tutor messages per day. Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. • Group Pass — Rs. 499: Unlocks all subjects in your group. Includes 30 guess papers per month and 50 AI Tutor messages per day. Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. • Tutor Plan — Rs. 500: 500 AI Tutor messages per month across all subjects, plus 1 free guess paper. Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. • Tutor Add-on — Rs. 500: Adds 500 AI Tutor messages per month to any existing plan (3 Subjects or Group Pass). Independent 30-day validity. Payment terms: • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable charges. • Plans activate immediately upon successful payment and expire after 30 days. • No refunds will be issued once a plan has been activated, as digital services are delivered instantly upon purchase. • If a payment fails or is disputed fraudulently, access to paid features will be revoked immediately.

When using Guess Paper AI, you agree to the following: You may: • Use generated papers and tutor responses for your personal exam preparation. • Access the platform from your personal devices using your own account. You must NOT: • Share, redistribute, sell, or publicly post AI-generated papers or tutor responses. • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform or extract content. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any part of our platform. • Use the AI Tutor for purposes unrelated to academic study (e.g., generating inappropriate or harmful content). • Create multiple accounts to abuse the free plan or bypass usage limits. • Misrepresent AI-generated content as official Sindh Board material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice or refund.

• Our Content: The Guess Paper AI platform, including its design, branding, code, AI models, prompts, and all generated content, is the intellectual property of Guess Paper AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or its content without written permission. • AI-Generated Content: Papers and tutor responses generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You do not own the underlying AI technology or the right to redistribute generated content. • Question Bank Data: Our question bank is compiled from publicly available past papers of the Sindh Board. We do not claim ownership of the original exam questions but hold rights over our curated database, frequency analysis, and AI-enhanced formatting. • User Content: Any text you input into the AI Tutor (questions, messages) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating responses.

Please read this section carefully: • Not an Official Resource: Guess Paper AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Sindh Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) or any government educational authority. Our platform is an independent, third-party study tool. • AI-Generated Content: All guess papers, tutor responses, and grading results are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy based on historical patterns and past paper analysis, we cannot guarantee that any specific question will appear in your actual exam. • No Guarantee of Results: Using Guess Paper AI does not guarantee any specific grade, score, or exam outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • Guess Paper AI, its owners, and its team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. • We are not responsible for any academic outcomes, exam results, or decisions made based on content generated by our platform. • We are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control. • Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim. • The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
